This property had great prices, everything met the needs. The venue was very close to where I needed to be, fantastic service, room was quiet. The staff were amicable and pleasant, I felt welcome here. Satisfied with the safe was, bedroom, as example available. Enjoyed views of the ocean.

Really lovely stay during the three nights of our stay, satisfied with this charming apartment. Location was EXCELLENT and very central. Also, we were really close to a lovely promenade which goes all the way to Los Gigantes and Alcalá. The bed with hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows was exceptionally comfortable.

Enjoyed every moment there. We had a luxurious stay during the three nights of our stay thanks to fantastic service. The setting was best possible and peaceful, in the centre of the town. Moreover, the area was traditional and close to restaurants and bars. The bedroom was quiet with views of ocean and sunsets over Gomera.

This place is like a second home! It's super clean with amazingly comfortable beds and perfect AC. Located near the local scene but close to all the tourist hotspots. The owner is a true gentleman, always available for any questions. A fantastic stay!

Our stay at Rok Plaza was incredible! We got great value for our money with a beautiful and spacious apartment, equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the ocean and easy access to cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. The staff, especially Gabby and her team, were friendly and attentive, making our anniversary trip even more special. We loved the authentic Tenerife experience in the charming town.

I had a fantastic stay at a beautiful new apartment in Alcala. the location was perfect, right next to the main square and the beach. the town itself is not overly touristy, so it felt like a home away from home. the apartment was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. the AC worked perfectly, which was a bonus. the owner of the residence was a real gentleman and always available to answer any questions. I highly recommend staying at Rok Plaza for a wonderful experience. Cons: Nothing. 😊.

Great Find - would love to keep it as a secret!! This flat is absolutely beautiful! It has been furnished in top end quality and with a lot of sense for interior design. The location is perfect: The sea is one minute away, there are several bars and local restaurants close by , and shopping can easily be done without a car.

A bit of a hassle when arriving. Credit cards were not accepted, so we had to give a cash deposit which was inconvenient.

Shower had poor water pressure and the oven instructions were difficult to understand. Pillows were not very comfortable.

I had an amazing stay at this unique hotel. The value for the money was outstanding and the room exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, close to the sea and surrounded by restaurants. The staff at Rok Plaza were friendly and helpful, making sure everything was alright for me.
